The Ketelhuis is slowly establishing itself as the Strijp-S living room; a place where everyone feels at home. Slowly but surely, the number of bedrooms, student rooms, offices, workshops and gardens are growing around the living room, the Ketelhuis. Strijp-S is under development.

In the Ketelhuis, the coffee shop, bakery, restaurant, Foodlab, rooftop garden and the upstairs contribute to the energy that Strijp-S will eventually exude.
