At the edge of the Philipsdorpen, a varied new neighbourhood is taking shape, with each building developing its own distinct character. New to Strijp-S are the urban houses and studio lofts, each with its own entrance directly on the street.

Opposite the Philipsdorpen, a diverse ensemble is being created, each part marked by its own material expression, architecture and programme. What makes this addition even more special is the introduction of a unique residential typology for Strijp-S: ground-level urban homes and studio lofts with their own front door facing the street.
