Haasje Over
The orange, eye-catching Haasje Over at Strijp-S is built over the adjacent skate hall. Designed by VMX Architects, the 19-storey building consists of 137 loft flats (in the tower) and 50 bridge flats (in the bridge over the skate hall).
Lighthouse
The 109-metre-high gateway to Strijp-S; tower Lighthouse. The tower will soon form a striking landmark in the now imposing skyline of Strijp-S.
Donna
As one of the most unusual buildings at Strijp-S, located next to the Klokgebouw and harking back in architecture to the old Philips factories, DONNA offers an unprecedentedly diverse programme. The building creates unprecedented opportunities and offers plenty of space to meet, live and work. Multifunctional and dynamic, thanks to the Strijp-S escalator model. This makes it easy to take the next step in your living or working career in bustling Strijp-S.
Block 59
BLOK 59 consists of 156 beautiful rental flats. Spacious lofts in an environment bursting with dynamism and industrial elements.
Trudo Toren
In the middle of Strijp-S you will find the Trudo Tower. Designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti, this tower, with no fewer than 125 trees and more than 5,200 shrubs and plants, climbers and pendants, is the green eye-catcher of Strijp-S.
Sixty5
Sixty 5 is a modern and bright residential building with 105 rental flats and a striking, stepped terrace façade. High-quality architecture, finished with prefabricated concrete façade elements. This visually connects Sixty5 with the historic factory buildings of Strijp-S.
Lux
Creative and enterprising young professionals will find an innovative living environment in LUX. With a stepped volume – with eight layers on the southern side, rising to seventeen layers on the northern railway side – a powerful and unique identity is created.

FRITS
SintLucas
SintLucas is the vmbo & mbo vocational school for creative talent has a branch at Strijp-S. In total, SintLucas (divided over 2 locations) has about 3,500 VMBO and MBO students.
Het Veem
Built during World War II, the Veemgebouw was formerly used as a Philips warehouse. Trudo acquired the building in 2009 and decided to redevelop it. Because the Veem is less suitable for housing due to its low floor heights and small windows, Trudo opted for a very mixed alternative interpretation.
Anton
In 1928, the three impressive buildings on Strijp-S known as the Hoge Rug rose at a tremendous pace: Anton, Gerard and the Apparatus Factory. Building Anton served as a factory building in the Philips era, but was transformed in 2013 by housing corporation Trudo into a special place to live, work and shop.

Apparatenfabriek
In 1928, the three impressive buildings on Strijp-S known as the Hoge Rug rose at a tremendous pace: Anton, Gerard and the Apparatenfabriek. The Apparatenfabriek – formerly better known as building SK – was built as the first radio equipment factory.
Glasgebouw
The former Philips building SWA, also known as the Glass Building, is a characteristic building with history. The very first light bulbs were manufactured here. Even today, there is plenty of activity. Its eight floors house more than 85 companies.

Machines aside: Philips’ former energy house now houses Radio Royaal. French-German food, thirteen hundred square metres of unpolished industrial design.
Ketelhuis
The Ketelhuis is where food and drink, art and culture meet. The building, which used to heat the entire old Philips industrial area, has been filled in with catering, studios and exhibition spaces since 2011.
Area 51
Skatepark Area51 is located in building SEU and, at 2800 square metres, it is the Netherlands’ largest indoor skatepark. Besides the extensive street section, the park also has a large bowl and an extensive miniramp. Especially for lessons and kids, there is a separate learning area with low obstacles where you can practice quietly.
Chinees paviljoen
A wonderful gift from the Chinese city of Nanjing to Eindhoven: a Chinese pavilion including a free-standing clock tower. The pavilion will have a Chinese restaurant and a traditional teahouse. It will open during the Glow light festival in November 2021.
Spaces-S
Within SPACE-S, you will find 402 housing units. There are flats, lofts, live-and-work combinations, rooms and studios for students and housing with assisted living. There are communal washing machines and shared bicycle storage for students.
Natlab
The former Philips physics laboratory now houses cinema Natlab, formerly: Plaza Futura. Since 2013, Natlab has been a movie theatre with a wide range of cultural activities.
S-West
Klokgebouw
Completed in 1929, the Klokgebouw was used by Philips for the production of Philite: Philips’ own plastic brand. Housing corporation Trudo – owner of the Klokgebouw since 2007 – redeveloped the striking factory hall into the cultural heart of Strijp-S.
Microlab
Microlab is a co-working space, office space and conference room all in one; flexible workspaces have been created in the former Philips SFH building. SX
One of the eye-catchers of Strijp-S since 2014: the SX building, formerly one of Philips’ many factory buildings, now the place where sports, marketing and media come together. SX now houses more than 50 entrepreneurs with one common denominator: an unbridled love of sport.
