The orange, eye-catching Haasje Over at Strijp-S is built over the adjacent skate hall. Designed by VMX Architects, the 19-storey building consists of 137 loft flats (in the tower) and 50 bridge flats (in the bridge over the skate hall).

On the tenth floor of Haasje Over, you will find a glass bridge, which gives social tenants access to the roof garden of the adjacent Anton building. An energy-generating crown has been placed on top of Haasje Over: the Powernest. This wind- and solar-powered generator supplies sustainable electricity to a large part of the building. Haasje Over was awarded Residential Building of the Year in 2021.
