Sixty 5 is a modern and bright residential building with 105 rental flats and a striking, stepped terrace façade. High-quality architecture, finished with prefabricated concrete façade elements. This visually connects Sixty5 with the historic factory buildings of Strijp-S.

Some of the houses, in the stepped construction, have large private terraces. The remaining flats on the upper floors have loggias as outdoor space.
