Sixty5
Sixty 5 is a modern and bright residential building with 105 rental flats and a striking, stepped terrace façade. High-quality architecture, finished with prefabricated concrete façade elements. This visually connects Sixty5 with the historic factory buildings of Strijp-S.
Some of the houses, in the stepped construction, have large private terraces. The remaining flats on the upper floors have loggias as outdoor space. Dwellings on the ground floor have terraces adjacent to the (semi-)public space. A third of the residences range between 50 and 75 m2, while most will have an area of 100 m2. Two penthouses of almost 220 m2 have been built at the top of the building. All residences feature high ceilings. On the ground floor, commercial space provides entrepreneurial vibrancy.
