In the fourth development phase of Strijp-S, Trudo will realize 236 new homes on Site D over the coming years. The project covers an area of about 6,000 m², located between Kastanjelaan, the bus lane, and the Bosch building on Torenallee.

On Site D, Trudo is developing 236 rental homes in the social and mid-market segments, ranging from two-room apartments to family houses. The plan emphasizes community-building, with shared spaces, a central bicycle parking facility, and attention to outdoor areas. Two of the buildings will be allocated to the housing cooperative Klein Zwitserland (53 homes), which will manage and rent them out independently. In addition, in collaboration with Sint Annaklooster, a hospice/guesthouse (Domos Soteria) will be created, offering fifteen rooms for young adults with care needs. Construction is expected to begin in February 2026, with completion planned for early 2028.
