Visual artist Paul Segers has run his Unlimited Dream Company from the Klokgebouw since 2000. UDC works with film, sculpture, installation, performance and drawing. The work explores the human condition in a technological age: how we relate to each other, to technology and to our surroundings. Segers tells stories in scenes where a landscape or an object plays the lead, and where creation and destruction keep returning. His work has been shown in the Netherlands, Canada and the United States. Alongside his own practice he teaches at St. Joost School of Art & Design and writes and curates. That makes UDC a natural fit for Strijp-S, where technology and imagination meet.
