Two new residential towers at Strijp-S Station: de ‘Sierlijke Dames’

de 'Sierlijke Dames'

Eindhoven is set to welcome two striking new landmarks!

Right next to Strijp-S train station, at the corner of Marconilaan and Anthony van Leeuwenhoeklaan, two slender and elegant residential towers will rise in 2026. Their nickname? The ‘Graceful Ladies.’ And for good reason—these towers will not only feature a stylish design but also provide space for more than 270 apartments.

One tower will house 138 social rental apartments for Trudo, while the other will offer approximately 138 owner-occupied apartments, sold through Land’s-Heeren. A blend of housing options in a place where architecture, affordability, and greenery come together.

Living in a Green Oasis
One of the most striking aspects of the plan is its strong focus on greenery. The towers will be set in a park-like environment, creating a natural connection between the city forest De Wielewaal and the center of Eindhoven—perfect for a stroll, a picnic, or simply unwinding in a lush setting. The apartments are primarily designed for one- and two-person households, making them ideal for first-time buyers, couples, or anyone who prefers a more compact living space.

A parking garage will be built beneath the towers, eliminating rows of parked cars cluttering the surroundings. Instead, residents will enjoy an open, green space—a welcoming area for walking, relaxing, and perhaps even meeting neighbors.
