In the triangle formed by the buildings Anton, Haasje Over, and Area51, construction will begin in autumn 2024 on a new development called Tribune. As the name suggests, this project—situated right on the vibrant Ketelhuisplein—will take the shape of a grandstand.

Tribune will be a stepped building with a distinctive, uniquely wooden appearance. It’s all happening right in the heart of dynamic Strijp-S! The ground and first floors will house commercial spaces, while above them, 56 apartments will be built. Each apartment will have its own balcony or rooftop terrace, offering views over Ketelplein.
